Eligible schools have until 8 February to submit applications for the eTwinning School Label 2021/2022.

All registered eTwinning teachers from participating schools meeting certain specific criteria have been contacted: 39,346 teachers from 5,198 eligible schools have received an invitation to fill in a self-assessment application form, available on eTwinning Live.

eTwinning, with its cross-border aspect, is part of the European initiatives in education, based on the claim that EU-wide cooperation supports the development of quality education. The initiative is also open to schools in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, through eTwinning Plus, which extends the programme to the European Neighbourhood.

The eTwinning School Label means that the school as whole recognises the importance and values of eTwinning and embeds it in the school’s policies, practice and professional development with the support of school management.
