Twice a year the European Committee of the Regions offers standard traineeships for citizens of EU and non-EU countries, which help witness first-hand the dynamics of a multilingual and multinational work environment. Within a small group of trainees the successful applicants will not only be able to attend a wide range of conferences, forums and seminars, but will also have the unique possibility to create events themselves.
