The EU4Innovation project is transforming economic resilience and innovation in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region by making the startup ecosystem more competitive. It drives growth, fosters collaboration, and delivers regional benefits by addressing critical issues like limited finance access, skill shortages, and gender disparities. The project’s strategy centers on developing high-performance incubators, expanding funding and market opportunities for startups, and providing targeted support for Ukraine’s tech sector. Through co-financing, skills development, regulatory support, and gender inclusion, the project promotes sustainable growth across the region.

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to strengthen the competitiveness and maturity of the private sector in innovation in EaP countries through valuable collaborations with European partners.
